Terms and Conditions
Payment Schedule
25% due on the booking day.
Remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
The entire deposit is refundable if canceled 31 days or more before arrival.
0% refund for later cancellations.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €500 is due. This will be settled in cash on the day of arrival.
Tourist Tax
Please note that a tourist tax of €3/night per guest is levied by the city of Antibes. This is also due in cash upon arrival. We will handle this directly.
Cleaning
Cleaning at the end of your stay is mandatory. You can do this yourself or have it done professionally by our service provider. The cost for this is 80€. This will be charged in cash on the day of arrival.
Child Rates
Children & adolescents up to the age of 6 are included in the parent's rate. From 7 years old, the standard rate of €19 per additional person/day applies.
Please do not include children under 7 years in the booking as accompanying persons.
You will be personally welcomed upon arrival. The host reserves the right to verify the age of accompanying children. If accompanying children have indeed turned 6 years old and were not counted, the €19 per person per day fee will be settled in cash upon arrival.
Bed Linen (optional)
If desired, you can also add bed linen and towels separately. The costs for this are:
- €20 per bed for a set of bed sheets/pillowcases
- €10 for a small and large towel per person
Please inform us via email if you would like this option. Payment for these additional costs for bed linen/towels is due in cash upon arrival.
Check-In / Check-Out
The check-in time is between 16:30 and 19:30.
The check-out time is between 8:00 am and 10:00 am
Alternative times are only possible upon explicit agreement and availability.
Pets
Pets, explicitly a maximum of one dog, are only allowed by arrangement and with the express permission of the landlord. For this we charge an additional fee of 5€ per day plus a professional final cleaning in the amount of 80€. Please pay this in cash on arrival.
