Terms & Conditions
Payment Schedule
Upon reservation, 20% of the total amount will be charged on the booking date. The remaining balance will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
The full deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival. We will refund 50% if your plans change between 30 and 15 days before arrival. No refund will be issued for cancellations made later than this.
Security Deposit
We require a refundable cash security deposit of €500, payable in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded in cash on the day of departure, provided the apartment is returned without any issues or damages. Unfortunately, a credit card deposit is not possible.
Tourist Tax
Please note that the city of Antibes charges a tourist tax. This must also be paid in cash upon arrival, and we will transfer it directly to the city authorities. The fee is €3.48 per night and per adult guest. Due to our 4-star classification in France, this rate is reduced.
Cleaning
The fee for the professional final cleaning at the end of your stay is €90 and is automatically added to your booking total.
Children's Rates
Children up to and including the age of 6 stay free of charge when staying with their parents. From the age of 7 onwards, an additional charge of €25 per person per day applies.
Please do not include children under the age of 7 as additional guests when making your booking.
You will be personally welcomed upon arrival. The person responsible reserves the right to verify the age of accompanying children. If children aged 7 or older were not included in the booking, the additional fee of €25 per person per day must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Bed Linen (optional)
Bed linen and towels (one large and one small towel per person) are provided free of charge. We will contact you in advance to ask whether you would like to use this service.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is available between 4:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
Alternative times are only possible upon explicit prior arrangement and subject to availability.
Pets
Pets — specifically a maximum of one dog — are only allowed upon prior agreement and explicit approval by the landlord. An additional fee of €50 per stay applies. This fee must also be paid in cash upon arrival.
