A refundable security deposit of €500 is due.
Notes
Please note that a tourist tax of € 3,48 per night and guest is levied by the city of Antibes. This is payable in cash upon arrival, and we will handle the payment directly. This only applies to bookings made directly via our website. All major booking portals charge this tourist tax directly at the time of booking.
If desired, you can also book bed linen and towels separately. The costs for this are:
- €20 per bed for a set of bed sheets/pillowcases
- €10 for a small and large towel per person
Please inform us via email if you would like to avail of this option. The additional costs for bed linen/towels should be settled in cash upon arrival.
Only small, well-behaved dogs are allowed as pets by prior arrangement. The costs for this are 5€/night. There is also a professional final cleaning fee of 80€. Please pay both additional fees in cash on arrival.
