The Apartment

Condition: Interior completely renovated in 2023. Balcony & roofing renovated in 2024.

Sleeping Arrangements: Two queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm), one in the bedroom, the second as a high-quality and comfortable sofa bed in the living room

Bathroom: Shower room with separate toilet

Kitchen: Fully equipped (induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, large sink, plenty of storage space)

Balcony: Covered with 4 lounge chairs and an extendable aluminum table

Orientation: East/South with shade from around 3 PM and good wind protection

Air Conditioning: Multi-split air conditioning in the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom

Parking: Underground parking space with direct access to the elevator

Security: Apartment in a secured area with a burglar-proof entrance door

Location: Beach: 250m / Supermarket: 100m / Restaurants: 100m / Bus stop: 170m

Shopping: Super U Antibes, bakeries, fruit and vegetable shops, pharmacy, beach gear, tobacco shop, lottery, and newspapers – all within 300m
